Chef has been working with local farms to bring fun, new exciting menu items for the PINE terrace menu. They are as always using local meats, dairy, produce, and the best fish out of Boston. They especially want to support the local farms during these difficult times to help keep them busy and offer food to our customers close to home. They will have some PINE classics on the menu and some fun new items as well.
The most exciting update to the restaurant, according to Hanover Inn & PINE Restaurant General Manager Brian Hunt is its outdoor dining area that seats over 100 guests.
“We’re waiting for the weather to warm up consistently,” said Hunt. “We plan to open fully again this spring.”
If you’re coming to enjoy a fresh cocktail, there have been some changes to the drink menu. In addition to a selection of PINE Favorites, the restaurant offers a weekly rotating selection of seasonal classics. In addition, they have also expanded their non-alcoholic options with new seasonal and creative flavors. There is a large selection of fine wines from Europe, California and Oregon.
Whether menus for breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner, guests may enjoy an eclectic selection of parfaits, flatbreads, brioche French toast, omelets, fresh berries, pancakes, pork belly ramen, crispy fish tacos, burgers, shrimp po’boy, scallops, cannelloni, duck confit fettuccini, and prime strip loin – plus much more. Sweet bites include maple cheesecakes, ice creams and sorbets, almond joy, and mocha éclair.
Late-night bites are available Friday & Saturday from 9-10 p.m. and include spicy deviled eggs, chipotle & vinegar potato chips, Pine fries, Pine double smash burger, General Tso’s cauliflower, classic wedge salad, fried chicken sandwich along with sweet bites of maple cheesecake, almond joy, house-made ice creams, and mocha eclairs.
