Upper Valley Cheese Board- Selection of Local Artisan Cheesemakers, Seasonal Fruits, Chutney, Local Honeycomb, Crackers

1st Course Wine: Gewurztraminer

Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras- Grilled Gingerbread, Poached Pears, Black Pepper Caramel, Baby Cress

2nd Course Wine: Chardonnay

Pan Seared Acadian Redfish- Local Celery Root-Parsnip Puree, Roasted Fennel, Cider Braised Swiss Chard, Apple-Fennel Beurre Blanc
