vision for the Market has always been to make great food accessible to
everyone. We all love food and love to cook but we're not snobby about
it. In fact, we don't consider ourselves "gourmet," because it implies
exclusivity, and we believe that anyone c
create great food.

insuring the very freshest produce for our Upper Valley community. In
addition, they have an extensive offering of prepared foods from our
onsite kitchen! Originally intended
as a way to use excess produce from the farm fields for value added
products at the farmstand, the kitchen has since become an important
enterprise on many other levels. In addition to the summer salads,
breads and cookies that we originally envisioned and produce during the
retail farmstand season, the kitchen has branched out to make products
for the Fall CSA memberships (soups, salads, roasted vegetables, baked
goods, etc.) as well as doing custom orders for patron pick-up.
