What could be better than from-scratch pancakes, made with King Arthur flour and local eggs, served hot off the griddle with local maple syrup and hot coffee? How about a breakfast under dozens of hot air balloons and experimental aircraft! Revels North is once again teaming up with the Post Mills Airport and providing a hot Vermont breakfast for their aviators and spectators for this rare (and free!) Airship Meet. The pancake breakfast is an important fundraising event for Revels North--the funds raised go toward the Summer Revels, ensuring that it remains free for all!
