Wildlife Tracking on Moose Mountain

Group size limited- register for free today!

You're invited on a rigorous snowshoe trek to find signs of wildlife on Moose Mountain! Our leaders, naturalist Alcott Smith and Hanover Conservancy executive director Adair Mulligan, will identify and explore wildlife habitat and tracks. Please, NO DOGS, as they tend to find and cover the animal tracks before humans can catch up! Group size is limited – first priority to Hanover Conservancy members. ***Please contact us by phone or email ([email protected]) for details and to register; directions will be sent to all registrants.*** Level: strenuous; off-trail walking on uneven, sometimes steep ground. Our return time will depend upon our discoveries – please be prepared to be out later than noon. Dress warmly and in layers; bring a snack and water. Please, no dogs.
