BOOKSTOCK returns on Friday, July 26; Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28, for its 11th consecutive edition. Again this year the North Chapel will be the site for poetry. Chard deNiord, poet laureate of Vermont and Carolyn Forché, lead a group of 10 poets reading over two days. Over 40 authors and poets present at four venues around Woodstock Village. Activities on the Green include a huge used book sale, vendor tents, a demonstration of virtual reality by Woodstock Union High School Students, Hire-a-Poet Ben Aleshire, music and food.
