Soup Tasting with a Purpose!

Soup’s On! Warm up, and fill up while supporting our area non-profits. Hanover will be bubbling over with a delicious variety of soups for you to try while supplies last. How do I participate? Tickets are $7 per person, and can be purchased as follows: 1. Visit the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce website, www.hanoverchamber.org, click on Advance Ticket Purchase on the Home and pay on-line and pick up your tickets at HACC’s OFFICE on Saturday, December 2. You will receive a receipt after your purchase is completed. Please bring the receipt with you when picking up your ticket(s). 2. Stop by the Hanover Chamber Office, 53 S. Main Street, Suite 208 in the Nugget Arcade Building to purchase your tickets through Friday, December 1 at 3 pm. 3. Purchase your tickets at the HACC OFFICE LOBBY on Saturday, December 2 on a first come, first served basis. How do I know where to go to taste soup? A final list of soup stations will be provided in person when you pick up your tickets. You will be able to try each soup once, and you will receive a stamp on your ticket from each tasting station you visit. Who benefits? 100% of the proceeds will be shared amongst the listed non-profit organizations. Go to www.hanoverchamber.org for a current list of soup stations and benefiting non-profit organizations. Parking. Parking will be free in downtown Hanover every weekend from Thanksgiving to January 1, 2017 starting at 5:00 pm on the Friday night of each weekend. What else can I do while in Hanover? Done soup tasting? While in town, take a stroll down the streets of Hanover, poke around the shops and then after you have built up your appetite, check out one of the restaurants participating in Restaurant week.
