What's In Season At Cedar Circle Farm

Jun 15, 2021 11:58AM ● By Tracey Hull
Gardens are in full bloom, and nothing tastes better than fresh, vibrant vegetables straight from the garden, but what if you don’t have space for a vegetable garden, or don’t have time to grow your own produce?

Head to Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center in Thetford, Vermont, to pick fresh organic berries, pumpkins, or sign up for a CSA and bring the farm home every single week.

Everything grown on the farm is organic since 2003, and they practice regenerative organic farming, transitioning to no-till land management and using cover crops to support and improve the natural health of local soil.

Q: Can you pick your own at the farm?

A: Yes! You can pick strawberries, blueberries, and pumpkins right at the farm.

Q: What is available at the Farmstand?

A: Everything you would need for dinner, including just-picked produce, meat, cheese, dairy products, and delicious treats from other local farmers and small shops. Just make sure you come hungry because each day, there are new tasty foods from the farm kitchen, including salads, cookies, muffins, and fresh-baked bread.
