During the course, you'll learn how to work with a pre-ferment to achieve the maximum flavor, mix a traditional baguette dough, get experience shaping and slashing loaves, and learn steaming techniques for home ovens. In “A Flair for Eclairs,” you’ll be guided through making the pastries, along with some fresh fillings and toppings, to update the classic version.
