A new food truck is hitting the road in the Upper Valley (and beyond)! Serving up delicious food with fun & unique menu items your nose will guide you to there red and black checkered truck. Owned and operated by Erik Almestica and Garrett Wilson named their food truck VT Munchies. Before conceiving VT Munchies, Almestica worked for Dartmouth College Dining Services for years and Wilson’s family used to own A.J.’s Steakhouse in White River Junction.

VT Munchies will be open 5 days a week, from Tuesday through Saturday. Almestica and Wilson still are not sure about the permanent schedule, but you should count on VT Munchies for lunch and possibly even breakfast. You can check out their facebook page to see where they will be rolling up to each day until they figure out a more permeate schedule.

The menu features items such as Maple Korean Street Tacos (Yum), The All American Burger, The VT Bomb and Truffle Fries! Almestica and Wilson are locally sourcing as much of the ingredients as they can. Beef from Robie and Hardwick Farms, bacon from North Country Smokehouse, olive oils from InfuseMe, Inc, vegetables from Upper Valley farms.
